Job Summary

Ensures procurement activities are completed accurately, on time, and in line with Golf Saudi policies, approved processes, and business requirements.*
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and day-to-day use of procurement processes, templates, and systems for the venue in alignment with Golf Saudi standards.*
- Coordinate sourcing activities by gathering requirements, requesting quotations, preparing comparison summaries, and maintaining supporting documentation.*
- Follow up on purchase requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, deliveries, invoices, and pending procurement actions with relevant stakeholders.*
- Maintain supplier records, vendor documentation, and procurement trackers to ensure accurate and audit-ready records.*
- Coordinate with venue operations and functional teams to understand procurement needs, delivery timelines, and service requirements.*
- Support supplier communication and relationship management to help ensure timely delivery, service quality, and issue resolution.*
- Prepare periodic procurement reports covering spend, order status, supplier performance, and open actions for management review.*
- Ensure procurement activities comply with Golf Saudi policies, delegated authorities, and applicable procurement controls.*
- Identify practical opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and improved supplier coordination, and escalate recommendations to management.*
- Provide administrative and operational support for procurement-related contracts, renewals, and documentation as required.*
Role Qualifications

***Educational Background:***
*Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field or diploma.*
***Experience:***
*2+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor coordination, or purchasing support in FMCG or F&B is a must.*
***Technical Skills:***
*Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of ERP/procurement systems, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor documentation, and procurement reporting.*
***Soft Skills:***
*Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, negotiation support, problem solving, and attention to detail.*
