About the Role
Massaed Installation of Elevators & Escalators is looking for a Senior Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end procurement, supplier management, and logistics coordination. The role requires 5-7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, and import/export procedures.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management
- Obtain quotations, evaluate bids, and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services
- Coordinate local and international shipments, including import and export documentation
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and transportation activities
- Track purchase orders and shipments to ensure on time delivery
- Analyze market trends and identify cost saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and shipping regulations
- Prepare procurement reports, purchase orders, shipment records, and supplier performance evaluations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and shipment documentation
- Experience dealing with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance processes
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
