Role Overview
F15Works is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager for sourcing, vendor management, logistics coordination and supply-chain operations across active projects.
The role is described as UAE or KSA based, full time and hands-on, with regular travel to KSA.
The position supports multiple concurrent event projects and productions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement across multiple concurrent projects.
- Manage vendor negotiations and maintain consolidated supplier rate cards.
- Oversee international shipment and logistics coordination, including freight costing and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain supplier networks in China and across the GCC.
- Support project planning with cost benchmarking and sourcing strategy.
- Monitor supply-chain timelines to ensure on-time delivery across productions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of procurement experience within the events industry.
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale event operations.
- Strong GCC market knowledge across the UAE and KSA.
- Established supplier network in China and understanding of international logistics and freight costs.
