Senior Procurement Engineer

IHCC is seeking an experienced

to manage end-to-end procurement of electrical materials, equipment, and services for major projects in Saudi Arabia.

• Manage sourcing and procurement of electrical materials and equipment.
• Review RFQs, BOQs, specifications, drawings, and quotations.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Conduct technical and commercial evaluations.
• Manage POs, deliveries, supplier performance, and long-lead items.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Operations, and Finance.
• Support cost-saving and value engineering initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant procurement experience

, preferably in Construction, MEP, Infrastructure, Hospitality, or Major Projects.

• Strong knowledge of electrical materials and systems, including LV/MV Panels, Transformers, Generators, Cables, Lighting, Switchgear, UPS, and Earthing.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, technical/commercial evaluation, and contract management skills.
• Experience with

Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems

is preferred.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
