- RAQ Contracting is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects, with expertise in procurement planning, vendor management, subcontractor coordination, and contract negotiations.
- Lead procurement activities for civil, structural, and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, tenders, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Source materials, equipment, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate commercial and technical terms.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and finance teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and material availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and reporting documentation.
