Senior Process Manager - Telecom : Networking (159629)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge about the Local exchange carrier and LEC (Local exchange carrier).
• Carrier Management: Effectively communicate and negotiate with Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) regarding port-in and port-out orders.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Escalation Management: Proactively handle technical and process-related escalations, ensuring effective de-escalation and resolution.
• Provide timely support to the team members while on complex orders.
• Work on process improvement ideas and co-ordinate with the teams to implement them.
• Should be publishing daily performance report of the team and the SLAs and metrics should be monitored and aligned with the team.
• Work assignment should be handled effectively ensuring there is uniform distribution of tasks.
• Team huddles and process improvement ideas to be shared to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) and carrier-specific interfaces.
• Strong understanding of network and its related topologies.
