Role Overview
The Senior Process Associate belongs to Guidehouse's GIC Process family in India.
The role investigates AML transaction-monitoring alerts at L2 and supports financial-crime compliance operations.

Investigation Responsibilities
- Review AML transaction-monitoring alerts and analyze customer profiles, transactional activity, and risk indicators.
- Identify red flags and decide whether cases should be closed or escalated.
- Prepare investigation narratives and SAR-supporting documentation for complex financial-crime cases.
- Complete investigations accurately and on time under client procedures.
Documentation and Collaboration
- Maintain high-quality documentation suitable for audit, compliance, and regulatory review.
- Collaborate with QA, team leads, and client compliance teams on calibration and process alignment.
- Participate in process discussions, calibration sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums.
- Identify alert trends, documentation gaps, and control weaknesses to support process improvements.
