Role overview

What you will do

• Determine whether cases require closure or escalation based on red flags and investigation findings.
• Prepare investigation narratives and SAR-supporting documentation.
• Handle complex cases involving unusual patterns, high-risk customers, jurisdictions, counterparties, and financial crime indicators.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and collaborate with quality, compliance, team lead, and client stakeholders.
• Participate in calibration and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Identify alert trends, documentation gaps, and control weaknesses for process improvement.
• Meet productivity, quality, SLA, and attendance expectations.

What you will need

• Two to six years of experience in AML transaction monitoring, financial crime investigations, or compliance operations.
• Hands-on experience reviewing Transaction Monitoring System alerts and conducting case reviews.
• Experience with L2 investigations, escalation decisioning, and suspicious activity identification.
