Help build the service catalogue and processes as the business grows.
The role is approximately 60% client advisory and business development and 40% PRO execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end PRO transactions with DET, GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE, and free zones including IFZA, DMCC, RAKEZ, and SHAMS.
- Handle licences, establishment cards, visas, Emirates ID, labour contracts, and attestations.
- Advise clients on jurisdiction, licence activity, ownership structure, and visa eligibility.
- Prepare cost breakdowns for clients.
- Track licence, visa, and card expiries to prevent fines or lapses.
- Generate leads, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close new business.
- Promote company formation, Golden Visa, accounting, VAT, corporate tax, and PRO services.
- Maintain client relationships and coordinate with internal teams for delivery.
- Brief clients on regulatory changes related to company law, Golden Visa, VAT, and corporate tax.
- Meet monthly business development targets.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on PRO experience in Dubai covering DET, GDRFA/ICP, and MOHRE transactions.
- Working familiarity with at least two free zones.
- Good knowledge of UAE company formation and government procedures.
- Experience in sales or client acquisition within business setup or corporate services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Fluent English.
- Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
- A valid UAE driving licence and own transport are preferred.
