- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement value creation strategies for portfolio companies
- Monitor portfolio company performance and report key metrics to stakeholders on a regular basis
- Support fundraising initiatives by preparing detailed investment memoranda and presentations
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related financial advisory role
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes
- Experience analyzing complex financial statements and identifying operational efficiencies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools
