Responsibilities
- As a Principal Consultant, you will be expected to own end-to-end project delivery, manage multiple customer engagements in parallel, provide functional leadership, mentor consulting teams, and consistently deliver successful customer outcomes aligned with Oracle quality and delivery standards. Principal Consultant Expectations As a Principal Consultant, you will own the successful delivery of multiple end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects while maintaining delivery excellence across quality, schedule, scope, budget, and customer satisfaction. You will act as the primary customer-facing functional leader, providing strategic guidance throughout the engagement lifecycle and ensuring alignment with Oracle Consulting standards and industry best practices. The role requires balancing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-volume consulting environment while effectively leading cross-functional onshore and offshore teams, mentoring consultants, managing executive stakeholders, driving governance, mitigating delivery risks, and ensuring successful customer outcomes. In addition to project delivery, the Principal Consultant is expected to contribute to practice growth through mentoring, solution innovation, reusable assets, delivery excellence initiatives, and support for pre-sales and business development activities.
