BAE Systems' Model Based Engineering Capability Group (MBE CG) is on a mission to transform the industry with cutting-edge Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices.

We're seeking a visionary MBSE expert to join our team and help propel this revolution forward.

As a key player in our MBE CG, you'll be responsible for championing the implementation of Agile-MBSE best practices, empowering programs across the ES Sector with the latest MBSE training and providing technical guidance on model development and process implementation.

Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our transition to a Digital Enterprise (DE), where virtual and cloud-based networks are redefining the boundaries of traditional engineering.

This role’s responsibilities will require you:

• Utilize your knowledge of MBSE processes, practices, tools, and related modeling languages and frameworks (e.g. SysML, UML, UAF) to solve complex technical problems

• Guide a program in their total MBSE development activities

• Collaborate with project teams and leadership to contribute to the development of MBSE training materials and company best practices
