About the Role
Ramboll seeks a Senior/Principal Engineer with 6-10 years of experience in tunnel and underground structure design.
The role involves leading the design of tunnels and underground structures, producing drawings, and coordinating with colleagues.
The candidate will work on major international infrastructure projects and collaborate with experts in tunnel engineering.
Your Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Carrying out the design for tunnels and other underground structures based on Eurocodes and other international standards.
- Lead the production of drawings and review the work of CAD technicians in the team and maintaining quality of deliverables.
- Communication & coordination with other colleagues in the wider Tunnels group for the seamless delivery of designs.
- Assist in planning and follow-up on the schedules and budgets for the works.
We are looking for self-motivated team members who meet the following requiremen
- BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering & ME/M.Tech/ MSc degree in Structural Engineering from an institute of repute.
- 6–10 years of experience in the detailed design of underground transportation structures, preferably using Eurocodes or other international design standards.
- Hands-on design experience in Cut & cover tunnels or underground stations. Experience in Immersed Tunnel (IMT) design.
