• The Test Solutions organization within RTX drives business success by providing a variety of critical engineering services across product lines and functions.
• We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Senior Principal Electrical Engineer Tech Lead located onsite in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position involves working in a lab environment with weapon test system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy systems supporting test and tactical software development, testing, and delivery of missiles to the warfighter.

• Qualifications You Must Have
• A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years prior relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading the execution of complex test system engineering activities, including hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance within production, manufacturing, or product qualification environments.
• Experience directing the design, development, and/or integration of test equipment and leading teams of experienced professionals.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
