Senior Preconstruction Manager – MEP

The Senior Preconstruction Manager – MEP plays a pivotal role in managing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-related estimating and coordination for commercial construction projects.

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the MEP scope through all phases of preconstruction—from conceptual budgeting to GMP development—ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness of proposals.

The role also includes mentoring staff, interfacing with key stakeholders, and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth project transitions into construction.

• Direct and oversee MEP preconstruction efforts for commercial projects across CM-at-Risk, Negotiated GC, Design-Build, and Hard Bid delivery methods.
• Lead and mentor preconstruction staff, providing technical guidance, setting performance goals, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners to maintain alignment on budget, schedule, and design intent throughout the design and preconstruction phases. Estimating & Cost Development
