About the role

  • As a Senior Pre sales Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping innovative solutions that meet client expectations, while steering the pre sales technical team toward success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of innovative technical solutions that address client needs and support organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create customized solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Understand client business challenges and translate them into practical solutions that demonstrate value.
  • Provide expert guidance on product features, capabilities, and integrations during the pre sales process.
  • Conduct technical workshops and proof of concept sessions to effectively showcase solutions.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical inquiries with comprehensive and persuasive proposals.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, assisting in negotiations and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Over 8 years of experience in pre sales, solutions architecture, or relevant technical sales roles.
  • Deep expertise in cloud computing and enterprise software.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at designing scalable, secure, and reliable network infrastructures.

Professional skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Over 8 years of experience in pre sales or solutions architecture roles.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing and enterprise software.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at designing scalable, secure, and reliable network infrastructures.

Soft skills

  • Proven track record of leading complex technical proposals for government or municipal projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and stakeholder management.
