Role Overview
Own moderately complex components within platform services or SDKs.
Lead team-level improvements to integration frameworks and developer tooling.
Perform deep debugging across bounded distributed services and improve resilience, capacity, and adoption guidance.
Platform Software Development
- Own a bounded platform component or SDK area and evolve its contracts for multi-tenant use.
- Perform deep debugging across a limited-service graph and drive compatibility-safe remediation plans.
- Implement targeted resilience and capacity patterns and document adoption guidance for team consumers.
Software Development
- Design software solutions, identify requirements, and develop features and enhancements independently.
- Follow and improve software development lifecycle practices, coding standards, and software architecture guidance.
- Lead code reviews, troubleshoot moderately complex issues, and implement functional and non-functional testing.
- Implement error logging, monitoring, observability, performance profiling, API integration, versioning, and interoperability strategies.
