Role overview
A rapidly growing fintech is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer for its expanding engineering team.
The role will help build the Azure cloud platform underpinning a highly scalable financial product.
The engineer will influence architecture, automation, reliability, and how the platform scales.
Compensation
- Salary is £110,000 to £130,000 per year, plus bonus and equity.
What you'll be doing
- Design, build, and improve highly available cloud infrastructure within Azure.
- Work extensively with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
- Build infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Improve CI/CD, deployment automation, and developer experience.
- Help design resilient and scalable platform architecture for production.
- Work across networking, security, observability, and cloud infrastructure.
- Support engineering teams with tooling and platforms for safe and rapid software deployment.
- Take ownership of complex technical problems and contribute to architectural decisions and platform standards.
