Job Description
The employer is seeking a Senior Planning/Scheduling Engineer for its Site Supervision team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The role supports major transport, roads, and infrastructure utilities projects during the construction supervision phase.
The position is responsible for planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, and reporting to support project delivery.
Work Setting
- The role is part of a site supervision team supporting construction projects in Jeddah.
- The work involves construction supervision and project execution activities at infrastructure project sites.
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and validate contractor baseline programmes and schedule submissions.
- Monitor construction progress against approved schedules and identify deviations, risks, and recovery opportunities.
- Assess contractor resource allocation, productivity trends, and schedule performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and executive schedule summaries.
- Conduct schedule impact assessments, delay analyses, and extension of time evaluations.
- Review and verify contractor look-ahead programmes and recovery schedules.
