Senior Planning Engineer (Infrastructures)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Review and support approval of contractor baseline and updated programmes in line with contract conditions and company practices.
• Develop and maintain integrated multi-package master schedules and monitor schedule interdependencies.
• Analyze progress updates, identify delays and critical events, and recommend mitigation or corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, programme analysis, dashboards, and milestone presentations.
• Support claims and extension-of-time assessments using TIA and window analysis methods.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, maintain project records, and support responses to contractor notices.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of planning and scheduling experience on relevant infrastructure or utility projects.
• Strong Primavera scheduling capability.
• Proven experience supporting claims, extensions of time, and delay analysis.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Desired qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
• Consultant, CS, or PMC experience is preferred.
