Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Prepare baseline schedules, recovery plans, and revised schedules in line with project requirements
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances, delays, and critical path activities
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S curves, look ahead schedules, and KPI reports
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams to ensure schedule alignment
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation and recovery strategies
- Evaluate project changes and assess their impact on cost and schedule
- Participate in progress review meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC planning procedures, project controls requirements, and contractual obligations
- Support project close out activities and prepare final planning documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or construction industry
- Mandatory experience working on ADNOC projects
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Excellent knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls
- Strong understanding of EPC project execution and construction methodologies
- Ability to analyze project performance and provide effective planning solutions
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer with a strong background in ADNOC projects to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of planning and scheduling experience in the oil & gas, EPC, or construction industry, with proven expertise in managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and supporting successful project delivery.
