- Senior Planner: Develop and manage baseline Master Project Schedules using Primavera P6
- Senior Planner: Monitor project progress against approved schedules and analyze critical paths
- Senior Planner: Perform delay analysis and evaluate EOT submissions
- Senior Planner: Prepare executive dashboards, progress reports, and EVM metrics
- Senior Planner: Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
- Senior QS: Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost control procedures
- Senior QS: Review and certify contractors' payment applications
- Senior QS: Evaluate and negotiate variations and contractual changes
- Senior QS: Assess claims, disputes, and commercial risks
- Senior QS: Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts
- Senior QS: Manage final account settlements and quantity reconciliations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in construction projects
- Strong contractor side experience is mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of planning/commercial management principles
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Must be currently based in the UAE
- Immediate joiners preferred
- For Senior Planner: Expert proficiency in Primavera P6
- For Senior QS: Strong expertise in cost control, variations, claims, and final accounts
- For Senior QS: Good knowledge of FIDIC and construction contracts

Job Description
- We are hiring experienced professionals for immediate opportunities in the UAE for Senior Planner and Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) positions.
Senior Planner – Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage baseline Master Project Schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
- Analyze critical paths and recommend recovery plans.
- Perform delay analysis and evaluate EOT submissions.
- Prepare executive dashboards, progress reports, and EVM metrics.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Key Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost control procedures.

- Senior Planner: Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, experience in baseline scheduling, critical path analysis, EOT, and delay analysis, knowledge of EVM and resource planning.
- Senior QS: Strong expertise in cost control, variations, claims, and final accounts, good knowledge of FIDIC and construction contracts, excellent negotiation and commercial management skills.
