Cord is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to join our project controls team either at our Alberta Home Office and/or at our project sites in Alberta.
Position Description: This position will be responsible for establishing Level 3 or 4 resource loaded P6 schedules for EPFC or Fabrication/Module Assembly and Construction projects including schedules for bids/proposal.
Candidate is expected to work with minimum support from construction supervision in the development of Level 4 resource loaded schedule using 3D model, Engineering work packages, Drawings and estimating information.
The Planner/Scheduler will provide detailed time analysis to the Construction Management Team and Project Manager and will inform them of potential delays and/or opportunities in an expeditious fashion.
Able to perform and excel in a fast-paced environment, willingness for site-based positions and, willingness to be flexible depending on departmental requirements e.g. accountability for multiple projects may be expected.
