Core Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage baselines for contractual and performance metrics.
• Lead meetings and workshops to challenge project progress and performance.
• Support Planning and Project Controls Managers with schedules and interfaces.
• Manage schedule requirements under project contracts.
• Produce hierarchical reporting outputs including Earned Value Management.
• Integrate schedule, cost, and risk functions.
• Evaluate critical paths and develop scenario planning options.
• Conduct expert scheduling, programming, and delay analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience as a Senior Planner in transportation, energy, defence, water, or rail.
