Role overview
Senior Planner role supporting planning and reporting activities across MEP packages for the Old Oak Common HS2 station project.
Responsible for developing and maintaining robust programme control in coordination with Project Controls and Planning teams.
Workplace
- The project requires site presence three days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Develop delivery programme scopes, work breakdown structures, and key assumptions.
- Integrate programme, budget, and risk baselines with the Project Controls and Planning team.
- Support Clause 32 programme submissions and manage contractor programme comments.
- Submit CEMAR programme communications and maintain an Accepted Programme.
- Track design, procurement, construction, assurance, and handover deliverables.
- Implement Earned Value Analysis and analyse SPI and CPI deviations.
- Perform Clause 62 time impact assessments and facilitate programme workshops.
- Integrate tender event schedules and track long-lead item impacts.
- Update programmes with actual site progress from Site Shift Reports.
