Experience producing resource-loaded and cost-loaded programmes, programme reporting, critical path analysis and NEC-compliant planning outputs.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, resource forecasting, productivity monitoring and programme recovery.
Experience implementing Short Interval Control (SIC), 5-Week Look Ahead planning and Lean Planning techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
