Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test strategies using Neo Load and working with Product Management on NFR Requirement gathering.
• Develop and maintain performance testing scripts on the in house PTAF – Performance Test Automation framework.
• The ability to work carry out performance testing on multiple products simultaneously.
• Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks , and implement optimizations.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure performance best practices.
• Utilize monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics , Appinsights) to track system health and performance metrics.
• Generate comprehensive performance analysis reports and present findings.
• Conduct load, stress, and scalability testing to ensure system reliability .
• Help support the upskill for other engineers on the team on performance scripting / testing.
• Stay updated with the latest performance testing methodologies and tools.
