Description
Required Qualifications
TS.SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph required
Provides research, analysis and recommendations when new functional business processes or software upgrades are needed and develops new technical solutions, products, and/or standards in support of business strategy and operations.
Involved in all aspects from customizing deployments, cutovers, defect remediation and post implementation production support
Work with Functional teams to help make decisions on best technical practices for application design
Writes technical specifications, configures, customizes, builds and tests PeopleSoft configuration and customizations.
Integrates PeopleSoft application software over data management systems and supporting components and services.
Troubleshoots operational and systems issues ranging from difficult to highly complex, including problems with multiple solutions and potential significant consequences.
Ensures performance optimization
Interprets requirements, performs highly complex analyses and presents options and recommendations to obtain desired results
Designs, plans, tests and implements remediation's which meet functional and technical specifications of a large PeopleSoft HR application
Conducts Unit testing and resolve issues found in testing
Meets deadlines and manages multiple, dynamic priorities
Effectively communicates and demonstrated experience working in a team-oriented environment
Optional Qualifications
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
- Possess prior experience of supporting large scale organizations with successful ERP implementation(s)
- 7 + years of PeopleSoft development experience
