Responsibilities
- Build trustful and credible working relationships with business stakeholders through regular interactions
- Provide direction and coaching on HR programs including performance management, compensation, talent retention, and career development
- Respond to employee relations issues such as complaints and harassment allegations
- Create and drive change management and learning programs to enhance organizational health
- Manage succession planning through talent evaluation
- Foster a culture of open communication and high ethical standards
- Facilitate employee engagement activities like townhalls and team events
- Manage staffing plans and manpower deployment in assigned business unit
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and transfer administration
- Generate and analyze HR reports to improve people decisions
Requirements
- University graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders on strategic conversations and coach managers
- Strong service mentality and ability to build relationships quickly
- Solutions focused with ability to develop concise solutions
- Familiar with local employment regulations and HR practices in Malaysia
- Detail oriented with logical and methodological approach to problem solving
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment with high autonomy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

As a Senior People Business Partner, you will take charge of
