Job Purpose
Manage and execute end-to-end payroll operations for all Club employees.
Support compensation and benefits administration through payroll execution, reporting, reconciliation, audit readiness, and compliance activities.
Maintain payroll integrity through accurate data, statutory compliance, audit support, and strong controls and governance.
Payroll Processing
- Manage monthly payroll processing for Saudi national and expatriate employees.
- Review attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, commissions, incentives, salary adjustments, and end-of-service benefit calculations.
- Process final settlements and employee exit payments in accordance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies, exceptions, and calculation errors.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, WPS, GOSI requirements, Mudad requirements, company policies, and applicable statutory obligations.
- Prepare payroll documentation for internal and external audits.
- Monitor payroll practices and controls for compliance and risk mitigation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Support salary reviews, promotions, bonuses, allowances, and compensation adjustments.
- Administer payroll-related benefits including housing, transportation, education allowances, insurance deductions, and other benefits.
- Maintain accurate compensation and benefits records.
Reporting and Systems
- Reconcile payroll reports against HR and Finance records and prepare variance and management information reports.
- Support manpower cost reporting, budgeting activities, and payroll-related analysis.
- Maintain payroll master data and support system upgrades, testing, process improvements, and automation.
- Maintain accurate payroll records while protecting the confidentiality and security of employee information.
Employee Support
- Respond to payroll enquiries and resolve employee payroll issues professionally and promptly.
- Provide salary certificates, payroll explanations, and support on compensation and statutory deductions.
- Coordinate with HR Operations, Government Relations, Finance, and other stakeholders on payroll matters.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of payroll experience.
- Proven experience managing payroll processes within Saudi Arabia.
- Experience with GOSI, Mudad, WPS, and Saudi Labour Law requirements.
- Experience using Zoho Payroll, Oracle, SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar payroll and HR systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, payroll controls, and payroll reconciliation.
- Payroll certification or a relevant professional qualification is preferred.
