The purpose of the Senior Patient Safety & Quality Officer position is to support the Patient Safety & Quality team in the day-to-day management and execution of safety and quality initiatives within the organization.
This role involves monitoring and evaluating patient safety events, conducting data analysis, and assisting in the implementation of quality improvement projects.
The Senior Executive works closely with PSQ Manager/Assistant Manager and healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement, track progress, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
By providing operational support and ensuring the effective execution of safety programs, the Patient Safety & Quality Senior Executive plays a key role in promoting a culture of safety, enhancing the quality of care, and ensuring positive patient outcomes
