Manage approximately 20 active partners while continuing to drive new partner acquisition and team efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Build and grow a portfolio of high-performing partners across North America.
- Source and close new partners through outbound outreach, marketplaces, partner ecosystems, and industry events.
- Own prospecting, commercial conversations, onboarding, activation, and ongoing partner growth.
- Enable partners' go-to-market activities and identify expansion opportunities.
- Represent Tidio at conferences and industry events.
- Monitor partner performance and increase engagement and revenue.
- Manage and coach two Partnership Representatives across Europe.
- Own the North American partner strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS partnerships, channel sales, or business development.
- Proven success acquiring partners through outbound prospecting and building partnerships from scratch.
- Experience working with agencies and/or ecommerce partners.
- Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Track record of owning a revenue target and managing a partner pipeline.
- Experience representing a company at conferences, trade shows, or industry events.
- Experience using partnership, CRM, prospecting, sales navigation, or email marketing tools.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience building or scaling an early-stage partnership program.
- Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
- Experience leading a small, agile team of partnership managers or BDRs.
Compensation and contract options
- The package includes base salary plus commission.
- Contract options are B2B or contract of employment through an employer of record.
Expected outcomes
Consistently acquire new revenue-generating partners.
Manage opportunities with typical deal sizes of $30K–$100K ARR and an average sales cycle of about two weeks.
Build an engaged partner portfolio that drives new business and expansion opportunities.
