Overview

We are hiring a

Senior Partnership Manager

to build and monetise our partner channel in the

UAE and MENA/CIS

region.

About GARANT.iN

14 years in investment immigration and citizenship-by-investment.

Offices in Dubai, Moscow, New Delhi, and Mumbai.

Our clients are HNW and UHNW individuals.

Average deal size: €350,000+.

We do not sell visas.

We structure life-changing decisions for people with significant capital — and we do it through a network of trusted partners: private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and advisory firms.

You are currently working as a

Relationship Manager, Senior Private Banker, Wealth Advisor, or Business Development professional at a bank, asset manager, or consulting firm in the UAE.

You have an existing network of HNW decision-makers.

You know how to convert a relationship into a signed commercial agreement.

You are not looking for a job — you are looking for a product worth selling.

This role is not for someone who needs a lead list to get started.

What You Will Do

→ Identify, approach, and onboard institutional partners: private banks, family offices, wealth managers, law firms, tax advisors (Big 4)

→ Negotiate and close partnership agreements directly at C-suite and senior RM level

→ Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified HNW client referrals through partner channels

→ Structure deal economics: referral fees, co-marketing, co-branding where applicable

→ Own the full partnership lifecycle — from first call to signed deal to first closed transaction

→ Represent GARANT.iN at private banking forums and family office events in Dubai

Requirements

  • 6+ years in private banking, wealth management, institutional B2B, or high-ticket advisory
  • Active network of decision-makers in UAE private banking, family offices, or wealth management
  • Proven track record: closed deals and revenue delivered — not pipelines managed
  • Experience negotiating with founders, family principals, and senior bankers
  • Fully independent operator — no handholding, no ready-made lead lists
  • Fluent Russian and English (both mandatory)
  • Based in Dubai, on-site

Strong Year 1 results lead directly to Head of Partnerships — owning the channel P&L, building a sub-team, and expanding into new markets.
