Role Overview
Own internal and external partner enablement and drive aligned go-to-market outcomes across Docker’s partner ecosystem.
Support channel, hyperscaler, global system integrator, and technology ISV partners, with AI Governance as the primary co-sell motion.
Equip Docker sellers with partner playbooks, account mapping skills, and co-sell readiness to generate ecosystem pipeline.
External Partner Training and Certification
- Design and improve training and certification programs tailored to Docker’s partner community.
- Develop role-based learning paths covering product knowledge, messaging fluency, and technical depth.
- Manage certification from curriculum design and facilitation through assessment, badging, and recertification.
- Use Docker’s Accreditation Platform to scale certification, track completion, and recognize partner expertise.
External Partner Content and Programs
- Create partner GTM content including sales plays, co-sell decks, competitive positioning, product overviews, and objection-handling guides.
- Identify enablement gaps by partner segment and build scalable programs tied to shared pipeline goals.
- Own and administer the partner enablement infrastructure, with Impartner as the primary partner platform.
- Optimize Impartner for adoption, discoverability, partner experience, and GTM engagement.
- Translate product launches and messaging, especially AI Governance, into timely partner-ready materials.
Internal GTM Enablement
- Equip account executives, sales engineers, and customer success managers to work alongside partners and drive joint pipeline.
- Maintain How to Win with Partners resources covering account mapping, co-sell cadences, pipeline management, and engagement models.
- Build co-sell plays connecting Docker’s AI Governance story to each partner type’s value proposition.
- Deliver account mapping enablement and support account mapping in Salesforce between Docker and partner sales teams.
- Run sessions on partner engagement, referral and resell programs, and co-marketing strategies.
GTM Impact
- Drive partner readiness throughout the sales cycle through enablement, certification, and co-sell preparation.
- Track pipeline contribution, certification completion, co-sell engagement, account depth, and other readiness KPIs.
- Use performance data, completion metrics, and field feedback to improve programs and link investment to GTM outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of partner enablement, channel enablement, or partner programs experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience designing and delivering scalable partner training and certification programs tied to GTM outcomes.
- Experience managing a partner portal or LMS.
- Understanding of channel dynamics, co-sell motions, and partner ecosystem economics.
- Experience with account mapping and joint pipeline programs.
- Excellent communication, project management, and data-driven measurement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building partner enablement programs from scratch in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Command of the Message or another structured sales methodology.
- Exposure to AI, containerization, DevOps tooling, developer platforms, or strategic categories such as security and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing partner stakeholders without direct authority.
Compensation
- Canada compensation is CA$166,950–CA$238,500 plus equity.
- United States compensation is US$120,400–US$172,000 plus equity.
