Overview

  • Magnify Digital is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager with deep, hands on expertise across Meta and Google Ads.
  • This is a senior, hands on agency role responsible for paid media strategy, campaign execution, optimization, budgets, measurement, and reporting across multiple client accounts.

The Role

  • Own paid media strategy, campaign setup, execution, optimization, and reporting across Meta, Google Search, Display, and YouTube
  • Manage multiple client accounts, campaigns, budgets, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
  • Build sophisticated audience, targeting, retargeting, and campaign structures
  • Drive performance through testing, optimization, and smart allocation of media spend
  • Diagnose underperforming campaigns and take decisive action to improve results
  • Write sharp, platform native ad copy and produce basic static creative independently
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, pixels, and other measurement tools
  • Turn campaign data into clear insights and recommendations for clients
  • Stay current on platform changes, new formats, targeting capabilities, and best practices
  • Collaborate with content, social, email, and strategy teams on integrated campaigns
  • Contribute to broader digital strategy and audience research when needed

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of hands on experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Significant agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Search, Display, and YouTube
  • Demonstrated success generating leads, driving conversions, and improving return on media spend
  • Experience managing significant media budgets
  • Advanced knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, A/B testing, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, pixels, and attribution
  • Current platform certifications
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify problems and opportunities in campaign data
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills
  • Rigorous budget, deadline, and time management
  • Sharp attention to detail
