Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, finance, and business development teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and strategic alignment.

Monitor operational KPIs, workflow efficiency, service quality, and budget performance while preparing reports and recommendations for executive leadership.

Ensure all operational activities comply with company standards, commercial regulations, safety procedures, and internal policies.

8+ years of experience in operations management, industrial trading, logistics, or supply chain environments, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong understanding of operational planning, supply chain management, workflow optimization, budgeting, and business process improvement.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional operational teams in fast-paced commercial and industrial environments.

Experience working with ERP systems, operational reporting tools, inventory management platforms, and workflow optimization software.

English proficiency is required for operational reporting and business communication.

Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage.
