We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to oversee hospitality and resort services in Doha.

What You'Ll Do
- Oversee daily resort and hospitality operations
- Manage and support department teams to ensure service quality
- Improve guest experience and operational efficiency
- Monitor budgets, performance, and operational standards
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
- Ensure compliance with hospitality service policies
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or hotel operations preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and resolve operational issues
- Good organizational and decision-making abilities
- Open to candidates with relevant supervisory or management experience
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced resort environment
