Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operational performance, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation across teams
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross functional projects
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations
- Support budgeting and cost control efforts
- Prepare regular operational reports for leadership
- Mentor team members to strengthen operational capabilities
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in operations management, including process improvement, resource planning, and performance monitoring
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency in using data and analytics tools to track KPIs, generate reports, and support decision making
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Experience working in hybrid or flexible work environments and coordinating distributed teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Comfort with budgeting, cost optimization, and basic financial analysis
- High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to inclusive workplace practices
- Fluency in English

Role Description
- The Senior Operations Manager role is a part time, hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility to work from home on agreed days.
