Stake's Operations team manages processes from property onboarding through exit for fractional ownership products.
The Operations team is building documented processes, controls, and automation to scale the business.
Role Overview
The Senior Operations Manager will lead Business Operations focused on money processes and investor-facing operations.
The role reports directly to the SVP of Company Operations.
The role owns core money-process performance, leads a team, and builds scalable controls and documentation.
Core Business Operations
- Own the weekly dividend cycle, reconciliation, payables, receivables, forecasting, investor votes, and exits end to end.
- Lead and develop a team of operations specialists.
- Set clear expectations, drive high performance, and invest in team growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements using technology and operational best practices.
- Build controls such as reconciliation before payout, invoice-level verification, and issue alerting.
- Document every core process owned and maintain named coverage for continuity.
