Role Overview

Core Business Operations

• Own the weekly dividend cycle, reconciliation, payables, receivables, forecasting, investor votes, and exits.
• Lead and develop operations specialists, set expectations, drive performance, and invest in team growth.
• Improve processes using technology and operational best practices to scale efficiently.
• Build controls for reconciliation before payout, invoice verification, and proactive issue alerting.
• Document core processes and maintain named coverage for each critical process.
• Partner with Finance on reconciliation, receivables collection, and cost allocation.

Portfolio and Investor Operations

• Monitor property portfolio performance and coordinate with Property Management on underperformance, tenant issues, and operational challenges.
• Provide stakeholders with asset performance visibility through dashboards, periodic reports, and ad hoc insights.
• Own investor communications about tenancy, maintenance events, legal disputes, major renovations, and other property updates.

Strategic and Regulatory Operations

• Lead cross-functional projects and provide strategic input on pressing operational issues.
• Support new business initiatives and product lines as Stake enters new markets.
• Ensure accurate reporting to regulators, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
• Translate operational challenges into product enhancements and technology priorities with relevant business teams.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations experience, including meaningful experience in financial services, fintech, or real estate.
• End-to-end ownership of operational processes at scale, including process design, execution, and improvement.
• Direct experience managing reconciliations, distributions, payables, and receivables.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with comfort using Excel and operational data.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Experience building or scaling processes in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Comfort with databases, systems, and automation tools.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated environment such as DFSA, CMA, FCA, or an equivalent framework.
• An AI-first approach and experience using AI to remove manual work.
• Arabic language skills.
