Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational delivery of research projects.
- Manage project workflows, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Ensure projects meet schedule, scope, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with research, analytics, client services, and finance teams.
- Optimize processes and improve efficiency for scalable growth.
- Monitor performance metrics and refine operational policies.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic planning and risk management.
- Support operational readiness for new offerings and markets.
Required qualifications
- Strong operations management skills, including process design, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Experience managing multiple complex project or program initiatives simultaneously.
- Competence in data-driven decision-making using analytics, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, align stakeholders, and manage vendor and partner relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills focused on accuracy and accountability.
- Proven experience in a senior operations or similar leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Comfort working remotely with strong self-management and digital collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in market research, insights, consulting, or a related field is highly beneficial.
- Experience in a global or distributed organization is preferred.
- An advanced degree is a plus.
