Key Responsibilities

• Handle Import & Export shipments via Air, Sea, and Land.
• Manage Consolidation Shipments and coordinate with shipping lines and airlines.
• Process Delivery Orders, Bill of Entry, and Export Declarations.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Fujairah, and other Emirates.
• Manage GCC border clearance procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate with transporters and trucking companies for timely delivery.
• Handle warehousing operations and shipment tracking.
• Manage vehicle import/export customs clearance and RTA registration procedures.
• Coordinate customs inspections and resolve clearance-related issues.
• Operate and process shipments through Dubai Trade and customs portals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and shipping procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and shipment records.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and Dubai Trade system.
• Experience in Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transportation, and GCC shipments.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Knowledge of vehicle import/export clearance and RTA procedures is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience dealing with shipping lines, transporters, and customs authorities.
• Problem-solving and operational coordination skills.
• Knowledge of warehousing and supply chain operations.
