Position Summary
Own governance and technical oversight of the organization’s on-premises cloud infrastructure.
Manage AMS and vendor performance while ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Govern infrastructure operations and oversee AMS service delivery.
- Manage vendor SLAs, KPIs, incidents, root-cause analyses, changes, and escalations.
- Review and approve production changes and participate in the Change Advisory Board.
- Oversee monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, IAM, capacity, and performance.
- Support security, audits, compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
- Coordinate operational readiness for infrastructure projects and migrations.
- Drive automation, service improvements, and ITIL best practices.
- Engage business stakeholders and provide operational reporting.
Required Experience
- 8–12 years in enterprise infrastructure operations or engineering.
- At least 5 years managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Minimum 3 years managing outsourced or AMS service providers.
- Experience with hybrid or on-premises cloud, ITIL processes, vendor governance, incident and change management, and infrastructure transformation projects.
