- Manage and administer Google Workspace accounts, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and permission settings
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, etc.)
- Monitor system performance, security compliance, and usage analytics to identify inefficiencies
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement best practices for data protection and access controls
- Provide training and documentation to end users on Google Workspace tools and features
Requirements
- Experience administering Google Workspace environments with at least 2+ years of direct hands on experience
- Proficiency in managing user accounts, groups, and organizational units within Google Admin Console
- Knowledge of Google Workspace security features including 2 step verification, data loss prevention, and OAuth policies
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving email, calendar, and collaboration tool issues
- Familiarity with Google Workspace APIs and scripting for automation tasks
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
