- Knowledge of Google Workspace security features (2 step verification, data loss prevention, OAuth policies)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for email, calendar, and collaboration tool issues
- Familiarity with Google Workspace APIs and scripting for automation tasks
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders

Role Overview
