Senior Operations Analyst-Engineering & Construction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business , Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, program/project support, or a related role.
• Experience supporting Engineering, Construction, Network, or Infrastructure based organizations .
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with dashboards and reporting tools preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications, network engineering, or large-scale construction environments.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience documenting and standardizing processes in a centralized process library or knowledge base.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive cross functional alignment.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or operational excellence initiatives.

Compensation

• This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors .
• Location Based Pay Ranges : $65,000-$108,000 Annually
