Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update operational SOPs
- Design and deliver training programs for operations teams
- Conduct compliance audits and follow up on corrective actions
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives
- Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions
- Monitor quality and compliance through reports and dashboards
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure consistent process execution and operational excellence
Requirements
- Experience in Ecommerce, Fulfilment Centre, Dark Store, Warehouse, or Q Commerce Operations
- Hands on experience in SOP development, training, compliance auditing, and process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, E Commerce, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in e commerce operations or marketplace management
- HACCP or Food Safety knowledge
- Arabic language skills are an advantage

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Senior Officer – Training, Compliance & Process to join our Ecommerce Operations team.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced fulfilment or q commerce environment and enjoys turning operational standards into measurable business results.
- You will own the end to end lifecycle of SOPs, training, compliance, and process improvement while partnering with operations leaders to drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update operational SOPs.
- Design and deliver training programs for operations teams.
- Conduct compliance audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Ecommerce, Fulfilment Centre, Dark Store, Warehouse, or Q Commerce Operations.
- Hands on experience in SOP development, training, compliance auditing, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
- A proactive, detail oriented professional with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, E Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in e commerce operations or marketplace management.

- Experience working across multiple sites or with 3PL partners.
