About the Role
DMCC is seeking a Senior Officer - IT Security (UAE National) to maintain ISMS documents, monitor security alerts, investigate breaches, conduct vulnerability assessments, and support IT operations.

Responsibilities
- Maintain ISMS documents such as Policies, procedures, compliance evidence and registers
- Monitor alerts and logs for security issues and mitigate them proactively
- Monitor and restrict access to sensitive, confidential, or other high security data
- Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents
- Liaise and maintain compliance audit documents and facilitate timely closure of all observations
- Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause
- Conduct vulnerability assessment and penetration testing and fix detected vulnerabilities on time
- Conduct Control Self Assessment and highlight gaps in governance
- Conduct user awareness on IT security trends
- Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management
- Research IT Innovation products, conduct Proof of Concepts and trials
- Support IT Operations tasks and Projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT, Computer Science
- 3+ years’ experience in Information Security
- Strong knowledge of Pentest, firewalls, antivirus, encryption, access management, data protection and related Information security protocols
