Overview
- Maintain and expand the broker portfolio on both General and Medical lines of business
- Conduct regular and strategic meetings with allocated brokers to develop the portfolio.
- Renewal Management and related co-ordination with both brokers and Underwriting team
- Prepare Business/ Performance reports on Monthly basis and share it with line manager.
- Conducting Portal Presentations & Training to Brokers on various product offered by NGI
- Monitor and analyse broker performance on a regular basis
- Supporting finance Dept on Credit control related issues
- Maintaining excellent rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
- Build a strong Pipeline of Corporate account for each quarter
- Update and maintain all KYC related document of the panel broker
- Adherence to all Regulatory and Compliance related processes required by the company
