You will support multiple ASU facilities by providing process optimization and operational engineering support. Monitor and analyze daily plant operating data to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Utilize process models, historical operating data, statistical analysis tools, and simulation software to optimize plant performance. Provide remote and on-site support to facilities experiencing operational challenges. Proven experience with air separation plant operations, including plant startups, thaw (derime), cooldown, and restart activities. Experience using process simulation software preferred. You have strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively support and manage relationships with internal and external customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including spreadsheets and data analysis tools. Proven ability to take ownership, work independently, and drive results. Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States. Availability to provide weekend, evening, and on-call support as needed. You have ability to carry a company-provided cell phone and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. Must be willing and able to climb cold boxes, including structures exceeding 200 feet in height.
